Restoring the Self: Basic Mindfulness and Restorative Practices for Educators

The restorative continuum of practices begins with restoration of self.  School-based work can be extremely stressful for both educators and students, and the ability to identify vulnerable decision points and self regulate with practices rooted in mindfulness can transform school communities.  This program will frame circles as inherently mindful processes and give educators the tools they need to create grounded, humane and sustainable communities in their classrooms and beyond.
